The Scots Guards Assocoation Pipes and Drums (south) was formed by Dixie Ingram more than 30 years ago.  Dixie needs little introduction in the Pipe Band world having competed and judged at the very highest level. Dixie is still active today and is the band president. The band is led by Pipe Major Steven Duffy and Leading Drummer Mick Parcell. Practice is held on a Sunday morning in Windsor.
